Good service, excellent quality

Hawes and Curtis were quick to take payment
Delivered to Canada on 19 July 2022
Courier held on to package and tried to collect an extra $105.77
I insisted on self clearing my package and duly informed the courier on 06 June 2022.
It took several messages to Hawes and Curtis helpline before they eventually sent the self clear documents

Package did not arrive until 19 July 2022.

Lesson learned
1. Never order from Hawes & Curtis if you are in Canada
2. Never deal with any merchant that uses Ezclear or OSC as courier

Hawes and Curtis were not transparent on the website about charges. Very different from other online merchants I have used from the UK.

Never again

The supply of my order was to be delivered to a collect plus as in the past . Your company decided that you could not deliver this way and asked for alternate addresses. I was not able to do this and subsequently cancelled the order much to my disgust . Why this type of delivery could not be maintained I fail to understand .

I’ve been a customer for many years the products are always great quality and the service is excellent.

Overall a good buying experience. I bought several sizes and kept the ones with the best fit and returned the others that did not fit well.
